We will notify you immediately if anything happens with a text message and pictures for your records. On the day your house is scheduled for a cleaning, you will receive an email from us by the end of the day reporting any issues, an update of supplies, and any additional work performed. This will keep your mind at ease knowing your house was cleaned and taken care of. Also, we are not a management company, which means that we do not take a percentage of your rental income. Plus we live here :)

Yes, we do. Our professional team of housecleaning services will come well equipped with all the cleaning materials necessary to leave your home sparkling cleaned. We also bring our own Miele vacuum, so you don't need to worry about anything.

100%!!! We are a local company based in Truckee and Lake Tahoe, so snow is part of our living routine. As long as the road to your house is open, we will be there :) Every member of our cleaning team has an AWD car and is comfortable driving in the snow.
